David
Dave has been instrumental in leading the team that pioneered and successfully launched the first CARDONE Select Product Line - new CVs. He has proven himself as a leader and team player. From designing axles with CSE (CARDONE Select Engineered) Technology, visiting suppliers and making customer presentations, David exhibits excellence in all he does. CARDONE launched this new product line in July 2004 and has added major customers. In a category that we previously did not compete in, sales are more than expected. Because of this, Dave was awarded the Presidential Citation for Excellence for 2004. |
Victoria
“My favorite part of working for CARDONE is how the company shows its concern for its Factory Family Members,” shares Victoria. “CARDONE also gives us the opportunity to develop, both professionally and personally.” Victoria, a Factory Family Member since 1989, has had many professional opportunities. She started as an assembly line worker in the Smog Pumps Department. From there, she was promoted to housekeeping. Because of her work ethic and desire to improve, the company gave her other opportunities in the Parts Warehouse Department and now as our Labor Claims Administrator. Throughout her time at CARDONE, Victoria has also developed herself by attending classes in the evenings. She now has her bachelors, masters, and doctorate in theology. She is known for her quick, warm smile and willingness to help those around her. |

Devang
Devang is a rehire. Originally, he was a Factory Family Member from 1988 to 1995. He began as a quality inspector and was promoted to quality engineer and finally to product engineer. When he left us in 1995, he went to work for another sector of the automotive industry. When asked why he came back to CARDONE, Devang replied, “At CARDONE, people work as a team to get the job done. When I left, I very much missed that team atmosphere.” He continued, “In 2004, when I was given an opportunity to return to CARDONE, I grabbed it.” Today, Devang is Director of Supplier Quality. He believes in CARDONE’s workforce and trusts that the Factory Family will continue taking the company to the next level – competing in a very competitive and global marketplace. |
