During the Interview Process:

Be honest – On your resume, with your references & during your interviews - sell yourself; but don’t over-exaggerate. CARDONE does due diligence before all hires including background and reference checks. We place an extremely high value on honesty, integrity and ethical conduct.

Be prompt – Make sure you return all phone calls in a timely manner and are on-time for all interviews.

Do your homework – Find out all you can about CARDONE Industries, our business model, our history and our current ventures. The more you know, the more able you will be to show how your skills and abilities will help us grow.
